Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are payable in the currency shown. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; by making a payment you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts you agree to. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated.
Because we provide professional consulting services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If you believe you have been charged in error or are unhappy with a purchase, contact admin@hursh.llc within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Any approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Our consulting and advisory services reflect professional judgment based on the information available to us, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
